Prenatale yoga wordt aangeraden door vroedvrouwen en dokters.

Yoga kan heel veel betekenen bij alle facetten waar je als zwangere vrouw doorheen gaat.

Zwanger zijn is een prachtige reis en ontdekking naar je vrouw zijn, maar het gaat ook gepaard met angsten dat je niet wist dat je ze had, rug -en heuppijn, slapeloosheid, hyperventilatie…

Yoga kan jou hier in helpen en daar wil ik jou in alle veiligheid in ondersteunen.

 

Op zaterdag 9 oktober is er een uitgebreide introductieles en daarna de mogelijkheid om deze yoga in een reeks van 5 lessen te volgen
