Wat is yoga aan zee?
Sinds 2008 organiseer ik yogasessies aan zee, en dit zijn pareltjes van herinneringen voor mezelf en iedereen die ooit deelnam.
Anderhalf uur beleven we yoga aan zee. We gaan vooral bewegen na dat vele ‘in ons kot zitten’ en gaan de levensenergie ten volle laten stromen.
We gaan die verse lucht ten volle inademen en we gaan de (corona)stress uitademen!
We eindigen samen met de zon die ondergaat en de dag in de nacht laat overgaan.
Dit moment beleven we in meditatie en stilte. Dicht bij onszelf.
Deze les is gratis maar voel je vrij om een bijdrage te geven.
