De  “vormloze vorm”  in Qi Gong is een filosofisch concept beïnvloed door de legendarische Bruce Lee en zijn citaat hierboven. 

Qi-Gong, is een krachtige vorm van gezondheidsoefening, die al eeuwenlang door miljoenen Chinezen wordt beoefend. Het is gebaseerd op herhalingen van zeer nauwkeurige reeksen bewegingen, speciaal ontworpen om de gezondheid op veel verschillende niveaus ten goede te komen.

Qi-Gong is gemakkelijk te leren en leuk om te doen. Zelfs een paar minuten oefenen kan een verkwikkend en verjongend effect hebben. Regelmatige beoefening heeft een diep versterkend effect voor het hele lichaam en zijn verschillende systemen (zenuwstelsel, spijsvertering, ademhaling, skelet-musculair, hormonaal, gynaecologisch, enz.). 

Het doel van Qi-Gong is het bevorderen van de beweging van Qi (energie) in het lichaam; dit wordt gedaan door bepaalde poorten te openen en energiekanalen uit te rekken en te draaien. 

Een belangrijk punt in de Qi-Gong-beoefening is ontspanning en diep ademhalen, beide voorwaarden om Qi te laten stromen.

Sommige Qi-Gong bewegingen zijn heel zachtaardig, andere krachtiger. Sommige bewegingen zijn erg groot en uitgestrekt, andere zijn subtieler, bijna onmerkbaar. Ze zijn allemaal verschillend en hebben een heel specifiek effect op lichaam en geest. Hoe dieper men oefent, hoe meer men het doel van elke beweging kan begrijpen, waardoor de Qigong-beoefening steeds leuker wordt.

Deze lessen kunnen los gevolgd worden aan 10,50 € of met een 10-beurtenkaart. Een 10-beurtenkaart kost 100 €.
